Using this website

This site is provided as it is. The content is ours unless credited otherwise, and the case studies describe projects delivered by studioseb.

Project work

Every engagement is governed by its own written proposal and contract, which sets out scope, deliverables, timings, fees and ownership. Nothing on this website forms part of a contract or constitutes an offer.

Intellectual property

On final payment, the intellectual property in the delivered work transfers to the client, excluding third-party licensed components and our own underlying tools, which are licensed to the client for use in the delivered work.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, our liability is set out in the contract governing the engagement.
